Daniel Malinowski

Danny grew up in Carmel, NY, just a short train ride outside of NYC. He received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, where he learned organic synthesis skills from Prof. Glenn Micalizio. Danny then spent a few years working on vaccines development at Pfizer before deciding it was time to start pursuing a PhD. After so much time in rural areas, he chose to trade trees and wildlife for skyscrapers and pigeons at Columbia. Outside of the lab Danny enjoys long walks, reading, and sleeping in.
